Warranty conditions

Products installed by Epomeister OÜ are covered by a 2-year warranty, which includes the installation of the material according to the product specification and the material manufacturer’s warranty.

We want to provide our customers with high quality products and good service, guaranteed under the following conditions:

The product has been installed in accordance with the product specification.
The product is used for its intended purpose (according to the mechanical and chemical load foreseen).
The product is cleaned in accordance with the maintenance instructions.

The guarantee is interrupted if

The floor has not been used in accordance with its intended purpose and the loads to which it is subjected, and the instructions and recommendations in the instructions for use have not been followed.
Changes in production activities have occurred during the warranty period which may increase the stresses on the floor.
The floor has been repaired by the Customer or incorrectly maintained by the Customer during the warranty period.
Damage caused by careless transport of the equipment or goods.

Not covered by the guarantee

Natural wear and tear of the floor, scratches and fading.
Maintenance work which only became necessary during the warranty period.
Staining of the floor.
Mechanical damage to the floor (e.g. heavy objects falling on it).
Damage to the floor caused by chemical stress (e.g. exposure to strong acids and alkalis).
Cracking of the floor due to structural defects.
